The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information, as defined in the CCPA. The CCPA’s broad definitions of the terms “sale” and “personal information” may include certain sharing of California residents’ personal information in their role as potential candidates within Amity Search Partners (“we”, “us” or “our”) search assignments for prospective employers.

In order to be able to identify you, it is required that you provide us with your full name and one valid email address, given that we have an email address on file for most individuals in our database. We recommend submitting both your most recent business email address and your personal email address to increase the chances that we can locate your record in our systems. This also allows us to provide you with a confirmation that your request is or has been processed, or to contact you if we have questions about your request and/or to verify your identity if we are uncertain that data we hold pertains to you. Since we sometimes have multiple, separate records for single individuals with the same name, we encourage you to submit the name of your current or prior employer as well. We will use the information you provide us with only to fulfill and respond to your request.
